Welcome everyone to our March family newsletter! Spring is in the air and it's now time for me to fly away to the south where the temperatures are balmy and the daffodils are in bloom. Will post on this site occasionally while I'm away.
We've had some goings on this month so read on
The Southeast Michigan Photography Group sponsored a tour of the Masonic Temple in Detroit. I really enjoyed the beautiful old building but also loved the views out the windows. This is a picture of the new Red Wing arena being built. You can also see in the photo Ford Field and Comerica park. (Too bad the windows were so dirty.) Yikes, all within parking distance of each other. Wished that I owned a piece of property down there. Can you see the two houses in the front of the picture? I hear that they are worth about one million each!

Happy Birthday Takeshi

Mike and Twin traveled to St. Louis for a concert this month and they traveled by train. Below is the classy hotel that they stayed in. It sounds like a great time.

Emma's School Play
Emma performed in her 4th high school play. In "Oliver" she played two parts...a Londoner and and a bawdy girl hanging out at a tavern.
Just saw the Athen's school play and it was fabulous. So much talent....amazing! All the above photos I got off of the school website and the pictures below were taken by me at the performance.
Great job Emma!
See ya'll next month
