 Keepin' up with the Carneys

Loving this summer....rain is plentiful in Kansas and South Carolina but here in Michigan we are very low on the rain gauge.  We have had some Covid issues again in our family. Tim came down with it but is now back to work after testing negative. Amy also got Covid but a mild case. She is back to work Friday. This variance is very, very contagious so keep that in mind when you are around a crowd. It's difficult to get back in the mask wearing mode but use your common sense and keep one handy. 

Soon we will be in the "dog days" and I'll give anyone a dollar who can tell me how that saying came about. Summer is flying by.

Not exactly looking forward to my 80th birthday next month but I am looking forward to a birthday visit from Amy, Takeshi and Allison. They will help me celebrate this momentous accomplishment in my life.

 Roll out those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer.......

I can't believe that it is almost mid-summer. We have had some beautiful summer weather. Wishes for a speedy recovery to Allison and Jacob who are down with Covid. Take care you two! Mike and Twin are in North Carolina right now to see Sean. Looking forward to seeing pictures! We have had vacations  this month.......read on.

Pool Party

After weeks of hard work the pool is finally up at 8036 Longneedle Ct. Still a lot to be done. Takeshi is putting in a patio on the side and a deck is also planned. With their weather they are already enjoying the pool. Hard work and than a dip in the pool....the way to go in the heat and humidity in Myrtle beach

and the living is easy......

This isn't a pet but Tim saved this little fellow's life and then let him fly back to his family
